Hearth + Timber Pizza
Hearth + Timber Pizza is run by partners Jon Santiago and Irene Blasco Hebrero. Our mission is to produce exceptional wood-fired pizza using high-quality ingredients prepared with care, expertise, and imagination. Our organic dough and San Marzano sauce are always hand-made from scratch, and our toppings are largely local and/or organic. We are blessed to live amongst the many amazing farmers and food producers of Western Massachusetts and seek to utilize this bounty as much as possible. The centerpiece of our business is our wood-fired brick oven, custom built on wheels by Jon and designed to cook pizzas at temperatures upwards of 800F. Its copper facade and the rolling flames within make it a charming, elegant culinary addition to any event.
We are available for private parties, weddings, corporate events/luncheons, and larger scale festivals/musical events. We are also interested in creative collaborations with other food producers, chefs, restaurants, etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your creative event ideas.
